Tip of the Month: February 2016

IMG_1187Most of the recipes that you find on this blog will call for garlic…minced garlic. Yes, an alternative for minced garlic is chopped garlic, but the flavor is never the same. I know that not everyone has a garlic presser since it really only holds one purpose: mincing garlic. On the other hand, I hope that you have a grater of some sort. If not, you should need to get one. A handheld grater can grate cheese, zest lemons/limes, ground nutmeg, shaving chocolate, and mincing garlic. Maybe you already use a grater for this purpose, but I thought this was the most mind-blowing kitchen hack that needed to be shared.

Happy February,
